How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your PlateMate Pro subscription directly through your Apple ID settings on your iPhone or iPad. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.

How accurate is the AI scanning?

Our AI analyzes menu items against our database of nutritional information. While we strive for high accuracy and provide confidence scores, always verify with the restaurant if you have severe allergies or strict medical dietary requirements.

Does the app work without internet?

PlateMate Pro users can access their saved restaurants offline. However, scanning new menus and searching for new locations requires an active internet connection.
